Sometimes it so amazes me,
The love that people give,
They lighten up my darkest hours
And help my soul to live.
Just when I'm feeling down
At times, a friend appears
To put a smile inside my heart,
And wipe away my tears.
It makes me realize how much God
Loves us through and through,
When He takes the time to care for me
Through gentle folk like you.
