There are words to live by,
That hang upon my wall,
Insuring strength, reviving hope,
Whatever may befall.
A source of inspiration,
Whenever skies are grey,
Written very long ago,
But just as true today.
There ware words to live by,
Upon a yellowed page,
Underlined by someone
In a long forgotten age.
A guide post for the weary,
A refuge from all fear,
The simple phrase,
"Keep silent child,
...And know that I am here!"
