Our Thanks, Dear Lord

 

Dear Lord, we give our thanks to Thee
And praise You with good cheer,
For such a bountiful harvest
You have blessed us with this year.

We have so much to be thankful for
That mere words can only say
How I feel within my heart
On this Thanksgiving Day.

Thank You for our friends, dear Lord,
That mean so very much;
Bless our loving family
And keep them in Your touch.

Dear Lord, we give our thanks to Thee
And praise You as we should,
Thank You for Your blessings,
For the bad things and the good.

Help us serve and follow You
As we go along our way.
Bless all those present, Lord,
On this Thanksgiving Day.
