When I'm overwhelmed with worry,
I turn my thoughts above
And linger in the presence
Of God the Father's love.
It's in this time of quiet
That I find a sweet release.
As I lay my burdens down,
There comes an inner peace.
Reassurance fills my heart
As I go about my day,
For I know that God is with me
And He will guide the way.
