This heart of mine will ever see
This greenwood where the trees
All whisper in October's sun
To every passing breeze.
Where evergreens in majesty
Sweep Heaven with their crowns,
While thistles and wild flowers wear
Their starry autumn gowns.
The gentle cool, the fiery Fall
The valley filled with peace,
The singing birds, the dancing stream
The south-bound flight of geese.
They fill my heart, they lift my soul
They make my life worthwhile,
The sun m- God's love, the wind - His kiss
My happiness - His smile!!
