Almighty and eternal God,
Omnipotent above,
We thank You for Your blessings
And gifts of greatest love.
We know we are not worthy
Of the love that You possess,
That strengthens us in sorrow
And brings us happiness.
We know that we are guilty
So many times anew,
And truly do not warrant
All that You give and do.
Forgive us for our faults and sins
That we may commit each day,
And open wide our eyes to see
The folly of our way.
