With love plant seeds of peace today;
Tend them in a careful way,
Anger, greed and rancor thrive
Where discontent lets them survive.
Weed the garden of your heart;
Give the peaceful plants a start.
Nourish them with constant prayer;
Flowers of strength will blossom there.
Storms of life may beat and bruise them;
God will use the storms to prove them,
Harvest time will show increase:
Goodness, joy - the fruits of peace.
