Comfort

 

Dear Lord, I am so comforted
in my great love for Thee.
My worries fall like petals 
and my faith burns deep in me.
The thankfulness within my heart, 
the comfort that I feel,
Will lighten every burden
as in prayer I humbly kneel.
So thankful I am, my dear Lord,
for each day set apart,
As gratefully my prayers I say,
with comfort in my heart.
So thankful, I am, my dear Lord,
I do believe in Thee,
Like Benediction Incense, Thy love
flows over me.
